We have 11 Partners, more than 35 Managing Directors and over 65 employees who have been at the Firm for at least a decade and are members of what we call the King Street 10 Year Club.

David Walch

Partner, Co-Portfolio Manager

David Walch is a Partner and Co-Portfolio Manager at King Street. He is based in New York and is a member of the Management Committee, Global Investment Committee, Real Estate Investment Committee and Risk Committee.

Prior to joining King Street in 2012, David was a Managing Director at Perry Capital where he worked on structured credit and real estate investments. Prior to that, he was an Associate in Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Group.

David received a B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
