Graham Morrison

Managing Director, Senior Counsel

Graham Morrison is a Managing Director on the Legal team at King Street. He is based in London.

Prior to joining King Street in 2011, Graham was a Senior Associate on the corporate finance team at Clifford Chance in London specializing in public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and general corporate and commercial matters. Before joining Clifford Chance, Graham was an Associate on the corporate team at McGrigors.

Graham received a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Strathclyde and an L.L.B. (Hons) from the University of Glasgow. He is admitted as a solicitor in Scotland, England and Wales.
