Mark Van Zandt

Managing Director, Co-Head of Real Estate

Mark Van Zandt is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Real Estate. He is based in New York and is a member of the Real Estate Investment Committee.

Prior to joining King Street in 2022, Mark was a Managing Partner of BGO. Before joining BGO's predecessor, GreenOak Real Estate, Mark held investment roles at Morgan Stanley and LaSalle Bank.

Mark currently serves as a Trustee of the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.

Mark received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
