We have 10 Partners, more than 40 Managing Directors and over 65 employees who have been at the Firm for at least a decade and are members of what we call the King Street 10 Year Club.

Rachel Graves

Managing Director, Head of Human Resources

Rachel Graves is a Managing Director and Head of Human Resources at King Street. She is based in New York and is a member of the ESG Committee.

Prior to joining King Street in 2015, Rachel was Executive Vice President, heading up human resources for Consumer Banking, Business Services, Risk and Finance at RBS Citizens Financial Group. Before joining RBS Citizens Financial Group, Rachel was the US Director of Human Resources for Jefferies and Company. Rachel has also held human resources roles at Bank of America Securities, Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Rachel received a B.A. in English from Franklin & Marshall College.
